GB phase control
Admin Fee → members submit/verify. Ordering → place orders (min 2/item). Pasalo → loose vials. Payment → invoices. Shipping → confirm address. Closed → done. Only one round active at a time.
Allocation
Close ordering first, then run Initial Allocation. It secures full kits (FIFO) and flags loose vials for pasalo. Use Member Orders to look up who ordered what and each item's secured status.
Replace items catalog (CSV)
⚠ This deletes every current item and replaces it with exactly what's in this CSV — items left out will be removed. Columns: code, name, usd_kit, php_kit, php_vial, min_open, category. usd_kit isn't shown to buyers. min_open = vials required in Open (use 2 for peptides, 0 for bac water & others). category = powder, blend/oils, bacteriostatic water, or others.
Admins
Pick who receives payment this round, edit their name, payment details and QR — or add/remove admins entirely.
Payment windows (batches)
At Closed, each buyer's QR stays locked until their batch window opens — this staggers payments so no single number gets flooded. Orders split evenly across batch windows by order time. An "open-to-all" window unlocks the QR for everyone (use one for a pay-all-now round).
